This requires removing obstacles to health such as poverty, discrimination, and their consequences, including powerlessness and lack of access to good jobs with fair pay, quality education and housing, safe environments, and health care” (Braveman, P.2019) Assuring to enforce health equity will help the population of research, Middle Eastern above age 50, because things such as poverty and discrimination is still one of the largest battles they still face today. If we focus on each person’s culture and truly try to understand their process and what is important to them especially we will be able to close the gap in health care that is causing hundreds of thousands of people their lives a year(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,2015). Utilizing and individualized plan for patient’s diet and lifestyle will help the patients drastically, and then we will be able to use it on a larger approach and include it system wide. For example, utilizing this program via telemedicine will allow us to access more patients in rural areas all across the work and make plans to decrease their hypertension depending on their personal lifestyle and their cultural practices.
