Part #2: Business & Company Resource Center Choose “Company” and type in “Chico’s FAS” in the search window and click on “Search”. Select the link for the company to see the results. Notice that there are three parts of the company information screen: 1. Articles about the company along the left margin 2. Company data tabs across the top of the screen 3. Company info in the center of the screen. Using the above three parts, answer the following questions: Question #3: In a short paragraph, describe the event and outcome of a class-action lawsuit against Chico’s in 2006.

2 Question #4: What plans or strategies have Chico’s FAS implemented this year to improve their retail market? Summarize in a short paragraph. Question #5: What is the ticker symbol for the company? Question #6: What are the main SIC and NAICS codes and descriptions for the company products? Question #7: Looking at the Financials data, find their performance chart, and change it to view a year overview of their company. Right-click on this chart, save it as a picture, and insert it here. Question #8: Find the “detailed quote” of the company. How does this compare with the competitor’s listed? Part #3: Business Index ASAP Type in Chico’s FAS, click on articles with text, and choose the date range of this current year only.
