As freshmen, there a lot plenty adjustments to higher education and maybe this is ignorance or lack of thorough communication from instructors. The lack of uniformity in requirements for post from teachers may also cause low post rates. Communication that explicitly states the necessity of post, the weight they carry on grade average and also instructions on how/where to post may increase the amount of activities that lack in the freshman class. Upper class has an advantage of experience and normality with post that freshmen simply do not. They should not be left to their own devices and expected to perform as those that are seasoned to procedures. Chapter 1 covers the basic elements of the core sociological theories.
