4. Tobacco-Free Policy ACR is tobacco-free. This means there will be no smoking or use of other tobacco products at all while working, while on duty, while on the Company’s premises, or while operating any Company vehicle or equipment. 5. Drug and Alcohol Policy It is the policy of ACR to support a workplace free from the effects of drugs, alcohol, chemicals, and abuse of prescription medications. This policy applies to all of our employees, subcontractors, and volunteers (employees). 1. All employees must be free from the abuse of prescription medications or being in any manner under the influence of a chemical that impairs their ability to provide services or care. Employees who are taking medication that may impair their ability to provide care or services while working should speak to their Program Director (or the Program Director who is on-call) immediately and the Program Director will take appropriate action. Note: employees must actually speak to the Program Director rather than contacting via text message, email or voice mail . 2. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited while directly responsible for persons receiving services, or in our vehicles, machinery, or equipment (owned or leased), and will result in corrective action up to and including termination. 3. Being under the influence of a controlled substance identified under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 152, or alcohol, or illegal drugs in any manner that impairs or could impair an employee’s ability to provide care or services to persons receiving services is prohibited and will result in corrective action up to and including termination.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
