As main competitors of Fashion Valet, Zalora and Poplook were accessed to evaluate the intensity of competition, the company is have to passing through. Fashion Valet must aware about their competitor and they have to find solution that can help them to compete with their competitor. Fashion Valet must create a few strategy that can help them in order to compete with their competitor. They must identify what vision, mission, goals and objective for their strategic planning. In competition issues of cause they want to be better than their competitor and what they can do is they have to provide the best service for their customer that can help the company be more competitive because their competitor have bad experience about customer service such as Zalora. Hence, Fashion Valet need to develop effective and rapid communication to ensure the employee realize how importance to serve the best service to the customer in order to give them satisfaction. Moreover, the change team and a training need analysis are conducted at this phase. It is can help employee of Fashion Valet know what they have to do and what the company expected from them and it is can help them to improve their performance. They also must to ensure that the resources and training must be able to manage by the company to help them to become more productive and can compete with their competitors. Internal and external consultant also need to be assigned in this phase to assist the program for employee to wake-up them to embrace change and to create change readiness. The important part is Fashion Valet must identify the approach to prepare themselves for change. They must provide the facilities for their employees to run any programs that related to awareness of the BPC. They also have to prepare any types of training to their workers in order
