Millennials know how to use the Microsoft offices effortlessly, and are efficient communicators over work emails or work chats. This is very important as it allows for quick and well-organized responses to questions from employees. Tiffany & Co have been working hard to attract millennials. The company has been working on this for the past couple years. Tiffany and Co. is usually known for their expensive jewelry, that you probably wouldn’t say that targets millennials. However, they have started to target more millennials by going more digital. They are making musical ads with popular celebrities, millennial singers and role models. Recommendations Tiffany and Co. found that many other businesses were doing this and getting a positive reaction and so they decided to do it for themselves.
