For a business to succeed, the manager should possess a right combination of transactional and transformational leadership style. Servant Leadership This style opposes the autocratic and transactional leadership styles. In servant leadership style, the manager or the owner of the organization keeps in mind the growth of his employees. His emphasis would be on empathy, collaboration and ethics. He would encourage teamwork and charts ways to achieve long-term goals.
