The acquisition of Capital Staffing will bring positive aspects into the organization such as new talent, it will allow us to enter into a new demographic and prospect new clients, and it will eliminate a potential threat of competition. Bill Simmons will have a meeting to our bank manager to make sure the loans will fulfil the inicial needs to make that happen as soon as possible, but within six month, Capital Staffing will be partners with StilSim. The CPC and CIR certification will be mandatory to all of our recruiters, and the hiring process for the new facility will depends upon employee’s qualifications and skills. In order to male that an effective transition, we are going to provide emotional support to all of our employees, and of course, anwer all the possible questions and concerns about the new strategy, and provide training to all of them. There will have consequences to those who are resistant to changes, and if that is the case, we may need to replace some of our staff in order to have the team we desire to have the organization grow. Another risk I have visualized is the acquisition of Capital Staffing. We already know how reputable Capital staffing is, and according to the business research made, we know that the location is good and demographics are a match to our organization. The main issue could arise with Mr. Simmons knowing he has showed resistance to spend money. Due to that factor, we could have some delay in the process of the acquisition of Capital Staffing. Again, those are suggestions asked by Mr. Simmons, and I still need his approval to put this plan in practice, however; I can guarantee that changes will take place within six months ater the purchase of Capital Staffing. Organizational Design The organization has not been functioning properly with the current design. I truly believe that with a new organization structure, the company will grow and we will be able to offer a healthier company with good environment to work, productivity and happy customers, not to mention that it will bring positive and more effective results across the organization. The new organizational design will enable all departments to interact with each other, being more productive, and more organized. It is important to follow hierarchy in the organization because it will provide a clear direction and career path to all of our employees. Executives and managers
