You need to show us a Spore Stain of our Bacillus under 100X Oil Immersion. We want to see Bacillus Endospores with the expected Staining and Morphology. We do not need to see Vegetative Cells. It’s really neat if you can do this but it isn’t necessary. When you feel you have demonstrated the Presence of the Azomonas Capsule or the Bacillus Spore, call your TA over to evaluate your Slide. Once you call your TA over, our Assumption is that you’re showing us your Best Efforts and our Evaluation will be Final.
