providers do not meet the objectives as discussed and specified in the plan or service agreement
the content of the learning and development activities are not compliant
learner assessments do not show achievement of desired outcomes
The process would include:
Notifying the provider to comply with the contents of the service agreement or revise the content or mode of delivery of the learning and development
activities to match with learner needs
Conducting a follow up whether provider has already complied with the compliance notification
Implementing the remedial action when no action is made to address non-compliance which may include

Change of the learning and development activities
o
Revision on the mode of delivery
The remedial action will depend on the severity of non-compliance or degree of achievement of desired outcomes or the learning needs of the employees.
