Quite an informative post. I completely agree with you concerning how we should handle risk for any type of organization. Planning from outside is very fundamental in order to manage any risk. Most of the established corporations at most time plan from outside in order for them to get an external perspective on how risk should be handled. Performing external assessment is quite fundamental in terms of identifying risks that are a result of external factors. In addition to what you have posted there are many other ways in which risk can be handled and one of them is preparing a plan for risk management. The above ways you have given are quite informative. Thank you for your post. Rommel Willis Rommel Such an awesome post. You have critically detailed on how we should handle any type of risk in our organization. I completely approve of your 5 ideologies on how we should manage risk. Dealing with opportunities and Vulnerabilities is something that most firms tend to ignore but you have given an example on how we should handle vulnerabilities in order to manage risk. In addition to this I completely agree with you on planning from the outside and bottom line orientation strategies that you have given as they go in line with my post and others. Thank you for your post.

RISK MANAGEMENT 5 Esmeralda Luciano Quite a deep and wide scope post. First of all, I entirely agree with you on your very first response on the necessity of carrying out risk management in a comprehensive manner. It would in deed aid in avoiding some sidelined and minor mistakes which would later on result to non- achievement of the organizational goals and objectives as you’ve said. However, far from that, it would also pose a high probability towards loss of resources in terms of both monetary and also equipment. Therefore, far from the general aspect of your post, its specific details would indeed capture this. Also, your preparatory steps for assessment and management of the risks is pretty logical. Thank you for your post.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
