I will be assessing my students checking their worksheets, midterm evaluation leading up to the final exam. This will allow me to evaluate my students learning abilities and motor development skills, it will allow the students to build and learn new vocabulary langue. I will be using the magic money currency worksheets with multiple choice questions concerning currency, have a worksheets for students to complete I will also address the class with true and false questions with students raising their hands to identify if the correct answer is true or false, I will also use webex and choose students to match ten cent to two nickels and show what the answer equals to. I will also have fill in the blank questions and short answer questions to assist with students 7
CURRENCY learning. The students will have materials need to assist them in learning. Currency bags, currency blocks, crayons, currency scrap paper, currency coins and work sheets. This will allow me to cover their pre evaluation assessment prior to the end of chapter assessment allowing me to make modifications were needed. With my assessment I will determine in several way weatherthe student is ready to move forward or need further assisting.Pedagogical Content Knowledge:Once the students come to class they will have currency worksheets to review. I will have bags of currency on each student desk. We will go through each coin together as a class to identify what and how much they already know concerning the currency coins. I will use the webx for theclass to see pictures of currency and follow along. They will be able to pin point what a penny is worth. When I ask the students to hold up a nickel they will follow along and hold up whatever I’m pointing to on the projector by doing this they can connect and identify with the currency. Once we have mastered the identity we will move on to learning how to add the currency coins together. Next we will learn the reason for the use of money, why we need it to survive in our economy, by the end of the week we will be using and solving word problems. I will give an evaluation to see who caught on and who is struggling and showcase their strengths and weakness. Doing this it will address and fall in line with common core state standards by Solve word problems involving dollar bills, quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies, using $ and ¢ symbols appropriately.Technological Pedagogical Knowledge:This is where differentiate learning for each student will support their own learning styles. I can and will make accommodations for any math activity to support the students 8

To support my learning disability students and my English langue learners will start off in group discussion giving them the same opportunity to learn as the rest of the class, allows them to receive and learn from classmate.
