Also, foreknowledge plays a role in this but not the realm of adoption being that God has divided those who are essentially good from those drowned in corruption. In Trent’s commentaries, the focus of his commentary is justification in all facets and the steps of justification. He discussed a various number of topics that are all respectively significant in their own light but there are two topics that are quite interesting. Those two topics: (Chapter 7) who are justified through Christ, and (Chapter 3) what the justification of the sinner consists andwhat are it’s causes. In chapter 7, Trent discusses the causes of justification of the sinner which are ranked from the final cause to the single formal cause. Additionally, it consists of the acquittal of our sins along with the sanctification and rejuvenation of our souls which is the result of our election to follow Christ leading us on the path of salvation and righteousness.
