programs need more concentration. This information can come as informal feedback from the employees. If the ideas are related closely to the main objective of the goal, the management can begin setting up “task forces” to work on the project (Kauffman, 2010). This way the employees are able to provide their input and also lead these projects. They would feel more driven to complete them and show their best work. During this process, the management would keep oversee the progress, but not intervene unless absolutely necessary. Finally, the work of the employees should be noticed and celebrated, giving them confidence to produce more ideas for the company. When employees feel that they are valued in the organization, they begin to think that they have a stake in the success of the company. With proper empowerment, employees can be capable of coming up with new ideas that the company can benefit from. With practices like this, the company benefits, the managers benefit, and finally the employees benefit. References Kauffman, C. (2010). Employee Involvement: A New Blueprint for Success.
