These cannot be made-up if you miss class. In order to account for absences we will remove your lowest 3 grades at the end of the semester.Assessment: Your grade for the assignment/quiz/small group discussion.CLASS INFORMATION1. Class Attendance and Attendance Policy: AttendanceBecause of the size of this class, I will not take attendance; however, I will use “In-Class” assignments (see above) to monitor your attendance. I do this in case I need some kind of record of your participation in this course. These “In-Class” assignments will receive a grade, but I usually drop four of these to account for any excused absences you might incur throughout the semester.PolicyPlease refer to the Biola catalog for the university policy on unexcused absences.3. Submission of Assignments: Assignments are due according to the course schedule. It is your responsibility to follow this schedule and to turn your assignment in when it is due. Any changes to the schedule will be announced in class. It is also your responsibility to keep a record of these announced changes.
