This specialized data for the team is essential as it dictates new strategies or helps improve current strategies. Data that is input into the system is the players’ performance and details regarding their plays. Form there it is sent to servers with databases that store that data. Then it issent to broadcasters and fans through various channels such as NFL’s website, social media, etc. Furthermore, from the database, specialized data-id is generated and transmitted only to NFL teams as well. What business functions do these systems support? Explain your Answer.The business functions these systems support are mainly production and quality. The enterprise system supported production with the manufacturing of raw data that, through organizing, processing and formatting. Ultimately it became analytical data for teams and statistical information for fans. The main system's purpose was to aid in the production of data tovarious outlets for the NFL in a fast-paced manner. The system also supported quality. The system supported quality in the sense of player, team, andmatch quality. With data that is obtained from the system in the form of analytical data, NFL teams are better able to create play strategies to help ensure a better game plan. This is because they have information regarding individual player assessments, speed, reactions, and team movements. As a result, during each game, teams are never the same and are often continuously changing tactics or players roles to ensure winning. This results in giving viewers a fresh view ofthe match and stats every time.
