There are many benefits that come with the organization.Networking is a big deal in any field of specialty, as we need to communicate and tell each other what is working and what is not working for our patients and families. The AACN believes in networking by having webinars to learn and ask questions on how to better care. This conference allowsfor peer-to-peer contact and learning with several seminars and all information can be taken backto your place of work to improve the quality of care given to the patients in your place of employment. The AACN keeps up with changes in the health care system and informs all members via email, journals, and their website.
