going to do and I also helped my teammates decide. Leading The process of influencing employees to work toward achieving objectives. Giving guidance to teammates or employees to help them complete the goals set. I lead in team discussions so that we had an answer to the question/discussion you gave us in class. An example of this is when we had to come up with questions for one of the presenters we had throughout the year. Control The process of monitoring and measuring progress and taking corrective action when needed to ensure that objectives are achieved. Influencing a group or person, if needed, so that they can get back on track of completing the goal. On Team+ I would help my teammates if they had any questions and give them reminders of when it was due so that they completed that goal on time. An example is when I helped Cassidy with questions that she had on Team+.
