Modifying my diet is the best thing for my family, and this will help us stay healthy. My new diet will help me to lose weight and be a healthy weight, and lower my blood pressure. I have hypertension and that can be due to me being overweight, and diet and exercise will lower the risk of hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and any other health problems in the future. Consuming the right amount of nutrients will help me keep my body well balanced and healthy and possibly eliminate any current health problems that I have.
