V.  What are some of the steps or ACTIONS you will need to complete in order to get  your desired outcome (minimum  three  steps/actions)?  Make sure to include a  projected completion date for  each  step/action.  Step/Action Item + Completion Date #1 :   The first action step I need to complete in order to achieve this desired outcome is to become a store manager. I need to be in this position for at least 18 months in order to apply for the category manager position. The store manager goal will be accomplished in the steps listed above. The completion date for this goal is May 15, 2013.

Step/Action Item + Completion Date #2 :   My next action step will be to get my degree. I need to have at least an associates degree and be working on my bachelors degree in order to be considered for the job. I expect to complete his goal on February 18, 2014. Step/Action Item + Completion Date #3 :   My third action step is a several things combined into one. As soon as I graduate I am going to update my resume showing that I graduated with a 4.0 average. (Of course I will actually do that.) I will be 12 months into my 18 month necessary store manager position so I will begin to send my resume to people I know in the corporate office expressing my intentions. I will register for school to begin working on my Bachelors degree and will have 2 terms in before my 18 months as a store manager is over. My completion date for obtaining a position as a category manager is March 1, 2014.
