The plan will involve a wide range of specialists in the medic field, such as nurses, General practitioners, cardiologists, and heart surgeons. The purpose of engaging all these stakeholders is to help bridge the error gaps with the diagnosis and treatment and recommendations of heart failure patients as there is no room for errors when it comes to the heart of a human. The plan intends to test the effectiveness of the Telehealth plan on Heart failure diseases, and this will require specialists with a wide range of skills to help in carrying the tests on some of the patients involved I the plan. Outcomes Telehealth is anticipated to be of high capacity to alter the way heart failure conditions can be managed. This can be attained by improving the efficiency of care and improving the quality of treatment for all patients suffering from heart failure. Providers who embrace Telehealth technology will be anticipated to increase access to care in remote communities and contributes to minimized healthcare expenses related to heart failure management. It is expected that the use of Telehealth technology will help the professionals to attend to more than twenty patients per day as opposed to face-face techniques.
