Question 5 : At some point, will Red Bull have to branch out beyond its targetmarket? Will it need to alter its promotional strategy in order to do so?In our opinion, Red Bull should create energy drink for women in the category ofteenager, young adult and adult. The existing Red Bull energy drink is too strong forwomen and because of that the women have to use another brand of energy drinkbecause of the Red Bull energy drink is too strong for them.With create the new energy drink, their target market will not just from men but alsowomen. With that, the profit will be increase in a really big profit. As we all know thatnot just men do sports, women does it too and women also need energy as men need itin sports.In our opinion of altering the promotional strategy in order to branch out beyond theirtarget market is that Red Bull doesn’t need to alter it. They could just add somesponsor or promotion in women sports for the ladies energy drink in the samestrategies. For example by sponsoring the athletes, sports teams, sports events, musicshow, entertainment events and other sports program. In addition, they could alsopromote for students in the university or secondary school. As for students, they alsoneed energy to stay late night for studies and they also need in their daily lives so theycould do their studies and sport with a lot of energy.
