Here is the first map. It shows the competitors and what they were rated by the customers. This outlines where we are strong and where we are weak compared to our competitors. This is where we base our new concept and gives up a good look at where we are with our customers and how our product satisfies them. The first decision that was made was to release the new motorcycle, the RRoth. The price is set at 17,000 to 19,000 dollars, making it a more affordable product. The promotions of sponsored events, insurance and protection plans, giveaways, and publicize through Hollywood films. Planning to have the motorcycles in all available buying options is a must, dealers, showrooms, distributors and the internet. The services include customized options, financial services and for optimal information and dedication we provide training to the dealers. All this is possible and still under the allowed budget of 13,000 by only needing to use 11,764 to make this possible. A new product is a great way to attract new and existing customers. The new motorcycle will be where we can turn the company around. Surveying what we need to put into the motorcycle and what they are looking for when it comes to overall satisfaction with our product.

Here is where the optimal for the RRoth and the Thorr Cruiser and its competitors. This is where the new product should be in the market at its best. It is aimed for pleasing customers and bringing a better customer relationship with our company.
