Rhoda(carer): well she still have some bruises because she sometimes forget that she left the box beside her bed and so she accidentally hurt herself Ema: have you seen some positive outcome on the strategies we discuss before? Rhoda: Oh yes!, right now she just have some minor bruises and she didn’t have any fall incident. Ema: That’s great, is the strategy hard to be maintained? Rhoda: well, not really .However I am having troubled with her whenever she rushes fast near kitchen area. Ema: you must worry that she accidentally be caught into holding sharp or might hurt because of sharp or pointed objects in the kitchen? Rhoda: Yes Ema: we will still have to maintain the strategy that we have, we need to hide those hazard materials that she may see and encounter. We may also put some yellow and red tags to warn her that that area need you to be with her and she might need to be extra careful Rhoda: well, that’s great strategy.
