losing their leadership over their congregation. So using strategic leadership they are told to take a deep breath and to stop and think for a minute on why this could be happening. After they do this then they can start to implement a change and turn their old habits into new innovative ones. I feel this is a great source because it outlines that this type of leadership can be used anywhere. It doesn’t only pertain to running a business effectively but also a church. A hockey team was stuck by chaos after they had allegedly been accused of hazing the players and overworking the players to complete exhaustion. Following these reports many of the key players on the team were traded and many coaches were fired. So what was the next thing to do? Who would take over the bad reputation of this hockey team? Some brave men stepped in and took the necessary steps to repair the team’s image through the use of strategic leadership. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
