This research will utilize an inductive approach. We will carry out a case study on the selected staff members, which will form the basis for the pattern that will be identified, hypothesis and finally the theory behind information sharing and employee performance. In this research, we will utilize the different type of literature sources available in carrying out the study. We will take advantage of the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary literature sources in our data collection which are the recommended systems recommended by (Nardi 2018, Pg. 5). The emphasis in this research project will be on the secondary literature sources in the data collection because of its readily available use, and according to (Nardi 2018, Pg. 11) it is the most widely used method. Primary and tertiary techniques will also be utilized so that we can enable the analysis of the data collected.

Method of data collection The study will utilize quantitative and qualitative methods in data collection. The main reason for using both qualitative and quantitative approaches is to increase the accuracy of the collected data which will increase the quality of the results.
