The price of HR cloud-based software depend on the complicated of demand of customers this may cost around $40 to $100 per user Recruitment Apps According to many research in US, 95% adults own a cellphone, 77% of those are smart phones. This recruiters who go mobile can use apps to post jobs, manage the hiring process, schedule interviews, and keep track of candidates. And there are a variety of apps out there that can make all this faster and easier. There are many app for finding or hiring jobs such as : Linkedin , Evenote , Workable , etc. How big companies can use them to attract employees Social network is fertile market to attract employees , people who searching for jobs will find and evaluate these big companies through ex-employees talk about this companies. Advertising through app, show their benefits, good salary , out- door activities , people insurance ,etc. Advantages/Disadvantages. Using apps may product both advantages and disadvantages of it . Firstly, it convenient, easy to use for searching and finding , fast and low cost some apps is free to use . Many using this method may create competitive environment , hard for employees search specific jobs by the variety of companies advertise, if these apps have some problem, it may cost IT fee for recruit company , also advertise cost for advertising company.

Job analysis in HRM helps establish the level of experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge needed to perform a job successfully. There are 3 job analysis methods that need to define. First, Interviewing as know as meeting methods , this process is carried out as a conversation with random questions .
