enhance patient care. Early health information systems did not have interoperability with any other systems, causing delays in patient care, decreasing patient satisfaction and decreasing provider and staff productivity. These systems were small, restrictive and had platforms that were specific to that system. The interoperability challenges: patient information was stored in different databases all speaking different languages, operating systems have applications that will only work with specific platforms. Web service, a new middleware technology, has given health information systems the ability to work with whole organizations, in-house and external clinic services. With enhanced platforms providers have access to patient records with minimal ease while protecting the patient’s personal information. The larger platforms improved compatibility with varies EHR’s this allowed the system to run on same infrastructure but independently. Web service technology is built with common infrastructure comprised of communication protocols, service descriptions, and service discovery. This system paired with two assistant technologies, web service descriptive language and universal description, discovery, and integration, has developed a framework encoded in XML and SOAP language. . 4 ADVANCED INFORMATION MANAGEMENT style platform application has enhanced compatibility for systems to understand different applications from different databases. The improved health information systems have improved the quality of healthcare, prevent errors, increase the efficiency of administration, reduce costs and decrease the amount of paperwork used in practice. Health information systems now have unlimited scalability with the development of the "cloud." The cloud is a data is storing system on a virtual server that can hold vast amounts of data. This platform allows health organizations to grow and develop without restriction of data storage. The EHR’s need to focus on how to bridge and merge multiple clinical, finance systems and improve patient satisfaction. Healthcare organizations monitored and ranked by performance-based measures determining how efficient the organization is working and how well they are meeting their goals. With technology advances, health information systems have been developed with improved programming to meet all the end user’s needs. Patient Care and Documentation Improved health information systems with global healthcare organizations faced head on the upward spiral of medical costs, unacceptably low quality of care in many countries, increasing medical errors, and administrative inefficiencies.(Institute for Healthcare Improvement. 2011) These systems brought together new applications that sought and brought forth essential data regarding patient diagnosis, healthcare miscommunications, medical errors, and billing inadequacies. With new platforms to search data from healthcare organization were able to see in real time numbers all aspects. This new research helped organizations to improve
