more studies done on different age ranges. I would have also liked to have seen the basic physical activity level of the participants documented. I believe that a persons level of physical activity plays into the effects of sleep deprivation. I know that when I am more physically active,and sleep-deprived I feel that my cognitive ability is better than if I had less physical activity. I think that studies like these are important to our society. If we are to ever make a change, we need to provide people with useful information so that they may make good choices, and lead
more full lives. I believe that people could one day see the positive benefits of getting a good night's sleep, much like they have seen the positive effects of diet and exercise. If we keep bringing things like these into the public eye, we may be able to affect change.
