Please speak to your assessor if you do not understand any of the tasks, activities or questions in any of the assessment task ASSESSMENT 2 – WORKPLACEMENT TASK 2.1 Workplace Project – Inclusion Plan development, Implementation and Monitoring Instructions to Students You need to create an inclusion plan for a child with additional support needs within your practicum service. If you do not have a child with specific additional support needs, choose a child who is provided with additional support for another area of development within the regular program. Note: You will need to gain permission from the child’s parent Using the inclusion plan template (attachment 4) develop the plan. Part A Using the inclusion plan you have developed for the child in your service you will now prepare to implement the plan by completing the following steps: a) First you need to discuss the plan with your workplace supervisor, adjust the plan according to any feedback received and have them sign off that the plan is approved. b) You will then need to discuss the plan with the other educators in your room at your service and make sure they are aware of your expectations. c) Prepare a report of the discussions the discussions that took place with your supervisor and the other educators for your trainers and attach. (guide 3-4 paragraphs) d) Implement the inclusion plan for your chosen child over a period of 4 sessions these can be continuous if you are in a block of practicum or individual days.
