SET TWO DISCUSSIONS 8 What has been your most positive experience? What has been your positive lease experience? One of the most positive experience from the CPT perspective was client satisfaction. Through the duties that I was asked to perform, and from my line of activity operations, customers complaints were very few, and most of the reviews that I was given remained positive throughout. This made me feel proud and appreciated the work that I was doing, regardless of my little experience in practical work. One of the things that made me feel the least positive during the internship period was the time factor. There was multi-tasking within all the departments I was attached to, which resulted in delays in the completion of tasks assigned. Sharing of office resources like scanners, printers caused delays also as I was required to wait for each of the other colleagues to finish his/her piece of work before proceeding with my assignment. This made it hard to complete all the tasks within the required time frame. If you were responsible for managing this organization, what would you like to do to improve its effectiveness? If I were to be responsible for the management of the organization, I would apply the following two strategies to improve the effectiveness of the organization I am working with. The first approach is putting the focus on education and growth. The leadership of an organization needs active measures to work with diverse teams present successfully. Therefore, any leader has to understand available strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of various professionals available ( Tvaronavičienė, Tarkhanova, & Durglishvili, 2018) . The education level of the professionals is, therefore, fundamental as this will facilitate the understanding of various
