Safety Best Practices Manual NOTAM’s, TRACK MESSAGES AND FLIGHT PLANS. Prior to any international flight the Trip Captain will assure that international NOTAM’s and Track messages are requested from and received from approved Flight Planning and Weather Services, International Flight Service Stations (IFSS) or airport meteorological stations (MET). A copy of each flight plan will be on the aircraft prior to flight. NBAA Safety Best Practices
