Lack of visibility into the total spend for payroll, human resources and benefits” (Constantinou). - Care-Reform 2) How would you address rewards for high quality and prudent stewardship of resources and encourage  recognition of quality health care systems?    I would use the operational scorecard as shown in out text on page 168 so that the outcomes and quality measures would have been documented to show all improvements and from what sections and leaders. If I were to decide to use the P4P (pay for performance) it would improve the physicians behavior and I would also be able to reward them for making those changes. I would always show respect that I expect to receive and for my staff to show their patients so I feel this will let them aim for higher goals and achievements. For Physicians who go beyond their duty and who contribute to the hospital, the staff, and their patients I would have incentives of not only bonuses but days off work, their own parking spaces, and employee of the month so that each employee would be motivated to do their best. I would always try and keep the hospital with a high moral (White, 175).

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
