issues that revolve around gender (especially in this day and age where a person has many things they can identify as) which might still make people uncomfortable. Say if a man who is stuck and believes in the old ways has to talk to a woman who is now in management there could be some communication issues because of the social construction of that makes belief. Or vice versa a woman who is a die-hard feminist has to speak to a man in management, but she may find it hard to do so because she may thing that it is regressing the state of women having to answer to “the man”. Last but not least if someone is transgender or has any difference in how they identify (if it may be different or has changed from what was on their original birth certificate then anyone man or women no matter what age race or religion may have a difficult approving or

communicating with others that are like this because it may clash with their personal views or religions or that it just wasn’t covered in how to handle in what’s socially acceptable 101 classes. Which many cases a problem, but gender is in my opinion just a social construction that we make an opinion of which lead to the social norms we have come to expect of any certain gender because of those conclusions.
