Rationalize your compensation and benefits package. Be sure to indicate research and considerations that went into the design of the compensation and benefits package. The wage I chose is based on information gathered from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. This is an estimated wage for an entry level position in this field. The actual wage would depend on the hiring company. I also used information that I gathered from job postings for jobs in this field and the benefits that were offered by the various companies. The benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k as well as paid vacations and sick time seem to be standard benefits offered to full time employees by companies regardless of position. Having a company provided laptop and cellphone is a benefit that some companies seem to offer as an incentive to bring in qualified candidates. I did not see the travel compensation but I feel this would be a good benefit if they company requires extensive travel as part of the job. Imagine this is the only position of its kind in the organization. From this perspective, design a performance appraisal program to assess your job performance. The performance appraisal program used to evaluate my job will provide developmental feedback as well as for pay increases and bonuses.
