A new strategy to create a patient and family centered organization is described and the change theory describes how the new strategy will be implemented by the team. Lastly, the team is described in detail and how to create an effective team environment. Choosing the strategy to create a new team to go to new hire orientations shows a commitment to patient and family centered care. It establishes early on the importance ofeach patient and creates a culture that supports this.
