Learning one’s own temperament type and, each of the teammates, can improve communication, help better understand other personalities, learn which situations one person may thrive in while another may not and how to deal with difficult behaviors.

Self-awareness brings peace, introspection and understanding about one’s motivation in life. ConclusionThis paper summarizes business practices in healthcare and the regulatory requirements as well as reimbursement. The PFCC tool shows the organizations strengths and areas of improvement. A new strategy to create a patient and family centered organization is described and the change theory describes how the new strategy will be implemented by the team. Lastly, the team is described in detail and how to create an effective team environment. Choosing the strategy to create a new team to go to new hire orientations shows a commitment to patient and family centered care. It establishes early on the importance ofeach patient and creates a culture that supports this.
