be used to acquire cheap labor. Although this was a rampant perception of the past, contemporary society has taken after such practices. For instance, most of the western companies tend to invest in areas with cheap labor. They often seek to reduce their operational cost by accessing regions with cheap labor. The only differences are that strict regulations and laws can no longer allow importation or exportation of laborers. Apart from this example, other racial incidences have been inclined to cultures. It is difficult to differentiate the impact of structure and culture. However, it is important to note that the two directly affect different ways through which people perceive others. The race is a multidimensional concept that occurs when central schemas are connected to resources. An example is the case of segregation. It is one of the schemas that limit access to different forms of social resources. This was noted under Jim Crow's administration were segregated schools were more common than any other time. In response to the increasing racial discrimination, organizations and civil rights activist responded by advocating for different rights within the society. One of the primary roles of the activist movement was to raise different concerns regarding the responses that different institutions

On the other hand, racial structures often arise during those times when resources are distributed. This highly depends on the schemas. An example is the case of occupational segregation. The situation usually affects the workplace environment. Understanding racial structures further provide an opportunity to analyze different ways through which racial structures are produced individual and state level. Racial schemas are perceived to be connected to resources in different ways. It generates a new mechanism of racial inequality, and this can be noted across different sectors such as education, employment, and career enrolment measures. In many countries affected by racial schemas, activist movements tend to be restricted, and this raises concerns regarding the sovereignty of the laws of the land. The most affected groups are those forced to work with limited resources since they are entrenched in racial discriminations Segregated students tend to adapt more to racial discrimination compared to adults. Early exposures allow them to try and fight for their rights ( Bracey 11) . On the contrary, administrative systems and political issues could bar them from accessing the required opportunities and services. Increasing cases of racial issues noted in learning institutions continue to raise concerns regarding the quality of education across the world. For instance, international schools often have strict measures aimed at reducing cases of racial discrimination. However, social structures often influence the way students interact with each other. Therefore, in many cases, racial discrimination could occur, but the rate of such an incidence is not as high as that noted across different multiracial communities.
