organized for customers to feel better about a decision they may be worried about. The best customer service experience I have had was on vacation in the Dominican Republic in one of the resorts. The rooms we were assigned and paid for were all wet and humid inside. The beds were soaked as if someone dumped a gallon of water onto the beds and room in general. It smelled very bad and it was just disappointing because of the amount of money my Family and I paid for the rooms and trip. We immediately contacted the service desk for the resort and within thirty minutes the Manager of guest services came and helped us with our luggages and took us to the VIP suites for the entire trip. It was very awesome experience and took our minds out of the disaster that was our old rooms. What they did perfectly was treat my Family and I with respect and class and they resolved our problem and then some by giving us one of the best suites in the resort. My worst customer service experience was when I went to eat a Applebees and I had to wait an hour just for the drinks. There was nobody around at all and all the servers were talking amongst themselves. I found this rude and disrespectful as they did not make us feel welcome and did not respect us enough to even ask if we needed something. All in all we had to leave after the service being so poor.
