The assessment was chosen to evaluate the student’s strength in reading new text and how quickly the student is able to understand text provided. Student Work SamplesAs you implement your Instructional Plan with a group of P-12 students, collect pre-assessment data to help you create your plan, formative assessment data so you can make sure your students are reaching your Learning Outcomes and Objectives, and summative assessment data so you have evidence of student mastery. You need to compare the three types of data as part of your final reflection on this lesson.Important Note for EDUC 6640 and EDUC 6602: A performance task and a rubric should be a part of the lesson plan. In the past, this has been added as an Appendix to the instructional plan.© Laureate Education, Inc. 12
