3.2 Appling Critical Reasoning Critical path analysis is a project analysis and planning method that allows a project to completed in the shortest possible time. 3.2.1 Demonstrate the critical reasoning The critical path method helped trainees to keep their program on track. By critical path analysis they got many more advantages. Helped them identify the activities that must be completed on time in order to complete the whole project on time. Showed them which tasks can be delayed and for how long without impacting the overall project schedule. Calculated the minimum amount of time it will take to complete the project. Told them the earliest and latest dates each activity can start on in order to maintain the schedule procedure of the critical path analysis. Identify all steps in the event process or work plan. Document the steps in the sequence in which they occur.
