Critical Risks and Contingency Plan Valet parking is the first customer contact in any business transaction and it’s extremely important to have a first good impression when the students or faculty staff first reaches campus. However, there are some risks that can occur that can harm our business. Items can be lost or stolen while valet parking your car. So, it is important for customers to lock up take their personal belongings with them to avoid any confusion. Our valet Parking Service is not responsible for and lost and damaged car or personal items. This could be a potential risk if something were to come up missing or damaged. Another risk that may occur is an accident or damages to any vehicle while in custody of valet parking the car. Scratches and damages to cars can occur especially if the parking space is small and cars are parked behind and next to each other in a crammed parking lot. A Valet parking ticket may be stolen which can lead to car theft. A student or faculty could lose their valet ticket. This could lead up to anyone turning in a valet ticket and just driving off with someone else’s vehicle. Students may think that valet parking is too expensive and decide to just stick with purchasing a permit through the University. Contingency Plan Our Cougar valet service is completely aware of these risks or problems that can occur. To prevent these problems from occurring it is our duty to hire trustworthy and honest staff that will not harm our customers or their vehicles. Each potential employee will go through a hiring process that will include a background check and have a clean driving record. By having a clear background check it will wipe away any thieves or felon that will want to work for us. We will hire good citizen people who can be trusted with the customer’s belongings. Also by having a clear driving record can prevent any accidents Page 20 of 31

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
