The company can definitely help her out more with the situation. They can may be try to train her more on how to deal with people at a personal level and also how to enhance her leadership skills. They can give her little more authority so that she can negotiate with her team members a little more. Since most of the people are at the top of their pay grade they may have to stick to the company anyway so the company can thus use that to their benefit by putting stricter rules and regulations in place so that the team members are forced to listen to Helen. This might also cause issues. They can also change the laid back attitude they have going in their company. Hiring someone fresh off school like Helen shows that they might be looking to be more efficient in terms of how they manage their projects in the organization. The company can help her host small events for her team like going to a baseball game or occasional lunch. They can also help her give incentives to the group like bonuses for the employee of the month within the group. This might spur some charge in them. The company can arrange for the IT person, whom Helen thought was really good at project management, to come work with her for a while so that both her and her team can benefit from it. I think this would be really good for both. Finally the company can organize for seminars on teamwork for the entire group. Some professor or any industry person can come and
