In the article I found it said that we as a society, we put our efforts to be good people in the society and economy and to build economic justice. To be better at this as a society we have to use local resources and lead to stronger local economy, we all must come to an agreement that a problem exists and start social movement. They all have to come through with different ideas, and they all have to take action and stick up for their beliefs. The article also says that people who want to change should not just sit back and expect for a miracle to come their way or wait till someone comes knocking at their door, they have to try hard in something they want, if they want it so bad they have to make it possible to recover and to be in the institution they want to bein. Social movements have always impacted society, like the civil rights movement was a major one. These social movements are very affective because over time the changes can have positive effects on the community and the country. References Bailey, Conner. (2013): In: Rural Sociology.
