There are two recommended strategy suggested for StilSim. The human resources is responsible to enhance the motivation level of our employees, and this can be done by having a reward program for excellence in productivity and good work, and the financial performance is responsible to improve the internal resources and enhance the management team into the organization. Marketing Strategy Social Media Integration Staffing company, many times will see a social media campaign as a differential. The integration will be the result when the company becomes more adept at these campaigns. Usually, these strategies are combined with the technology available and the marketing practices of the company. Mobile Sites Considering that one of the most used market is mobile, and people use their devices for everything they need. This is a good opportunity that the company should endeavor to have a mobile site. People Involved The marketing team must be fully involved in this marketing strategy. The Information Technology team will be required to come in when the mobile site is under construction. For social media, the marketing team can work on its own to generate leads for the company. Then working together with the information technology staff including engineers and software developers, a mobile website can be constructed. Tracking Progress As these strategies will be incorporated at the beginning of 2018, monthly reports can be produced to show the progress that is being made.

STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO Page 44. High-Level Action Plan We have selected four operational strategy plans for Stilsim. The first one is marketing differentiation. Since we have been behind with the technological resources, we would like to suggest the implementation of the social media such as Facebook and Instagram adds. This is going to be low cost for the organization and it will bring amazing results. Operational strategy two is related to employee’s motivation and satisfaction and rewards. The implementation of this strategy will rely on an effective use of internal technology, that will enable real time communication between employees through MSN, which is an internal messenger. This will improve results, and with the interaction among employees, we will have an increase in productivity instantly. I would like to suggest the implementation of a reward program. This reward program will enable employees to give their best, and show better results for the company. The operational strategy three is related to operational cost effectiveness. To increase
