Twisty Clothing has one thing to look at when it comes to its strategic planning, where to get customers. It will be a challenge to rise over other competitors being a small business, but with the right plan of action and corresponding information, could be the answer. This company does need to look at the future, as being a new company should, to being planning where it wants to be by a certain time frame. By looking at the mission, values, vision and the SWOTT analysis, all these questions about planning objectives and the future can be answered. When thinking of the financial aspect of Twisty Clothing, it is going to be a challenge to maintain certain constant revenue, but looking at what the company plans to be, this is a goal that will need to be focused on often. The only way to help this area is to find ways to cut down production costs. Research will be used often to find where we can get better deals on the raw materials we need, or even find vendors that will give us discounts when we buy in bulk on a regular basis. Down the line this will essentially give the company the increase in profits from the t-shirt line that we desire. With the small capital to work with, it will be a challenge to buy such large quantities all the time. It is in our vision and mission in the company to become a reasonable sized company that is actually fighting for competition in the market. Customers are what make this company work, as any other company would say, so thinking of them and their needs will always come first. Being aware of their trends and the buying ups and downs during certain times of the year will be beneficial for this small company. The plan is to gain as much momentum in the market as we can, working from what we gathered from the SWOTT analysis, which one was the ability to retain the target consumers for long periods of time or many in general. The market for clothing lines are almost like a trend in the market, but if your idea sticks, it can be around like brands such as Levi. It will be a focus point for many years to come, since small businesses can not advertise like a larger organization, it

will be our main objective to find out how to get our information to the consumers, no matter where they are. Being able to see what they want to buy and how many of what item is selling each period. It has been brought up the organizations attention that the largest hill to climb for now is being able to produce the quantity of products on demand. This is where we must plan ahead, like creating a new product and waiting to release it when we have enough information on how many people actually purchase our items.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
