knowledge. Combining these attributes will prepare young adults for the challenges they will face during the career journey. Student, teacher, parent, peers, and mentors have the power and the responsibility to one another in the process for accumulating education provided by literature and the method it is transferred. Together these individuals can reverse the negative thoughts of depositing information from undesirable textbooks into a positive distribution between teacher and text. “There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.” –Jiddu Krishnamurti Works Cited Litwack, Leon. "The U.S. Survey Course On The Web." History Matters. Complacency for cultural differences and globalization will affect the average American who never gets the opportunity to experience the exchange of ideas and commodities. I graduated from a predominantly white high school and lived in a small town with warped thoughts and not open to different popular cultures from around the world. My 22-year experience in the military allowed me to observe, experience, absorb, and understand how other cultures communicate, live, conduct business, and without accepting America popular culture activities. I was afforded the opportunity to visit more than 20 different countries through the military and witnessed firsthand the impact Americans have on globalization and spreading “American Culture” throughout their land and people. Although many analyzes and historians have argued about globalization and culture, a careful evaluation for diverse militaries suggests global popular culture is the most apparent realm.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
