Major costs of our project can be categorized into three parts: Development and Infrastructure Costs, Marketing Costs and Cashback/Give Away Costs. Our major cost would be the give away cost i.e. we would give Rs 25/ video to the user after the video gets verified by the Traffic Police Department. Our Give Away Cost would be approximately Rs 31 Lakhs. Including all other costs, total cost would be Rs 55 Lakhs approximately and we would be able to generate profit of Rs 6.8 Lakh in our first year of operation from an individual city. Feasibility and Scalability It is not feasible for the government to install high cost CCTV cameras in each and every city and moreover it will require much additional manpower on the part of Government. We have calculated the cost of installing CCTV cameras in the city and for a city like Indore, it is coming out to be roughly Rs 10 Crore. Government is able to generate Rs 5.6 Crore of Revenue with the usage of our app. So, we believe that there is great value proposition for the government. Moreover, the government’s aim is not to generate the revenue but to reduce the number of accidents and thus violations which our app would be able to achieve because of the increased vigilance by the public itself. There are around 50 cities in India with population of more 10 Lakhs. With the successful implementation, the application would be scaled for other cities. We can also tie up directly with the state governments for its implementation in the whole state.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
