Use as much space as required 3.4 Operations within 5nm of an any aerodrome By checking YES, the Certificate Applicant confirms that the UAV shall be operated at an altitude, based on an increasing altitude gradient of 100 feet per nautical mile from the runway or helipad (eg. 100’AGL at 1nm from the runway, 200’AGL at 2nm, etc) unless otherwise coordinated by ATC/ATS.
