The employees of the organization will have ready access to internal technical support staff. In the initial phase, the vendor's representatives will be readily available. Once the internal technical support staff will be trained to handle issues, employees can reach such support staff for resolution of their queries related to the use of the system. 4) Stress new partnerships with technology partners and enhanced customer experiences. Which outside technical resources (vendors, tech support, etc) were involved in the roll out/support of the new technology? It is extremely important to establish strategic partnerships with technology partners such as vendors, implementation partners, etc. to ensure continued support, upgrade to new technology or version introduced by the vendor as well as to incorporate latest and best practices in technology usage in the organization. The regular upgrade of technology and strong support from the vendor will significantly enhance the experience of both internal as well as external customers in the organization. New bugs or errors can arise and end users can raise certain issues or queries and thus, it is important that vendors and implementation partner provide full technical support to help the users in migrating to this new system in the organization.
