areas of finance and ensure that we are spending only what we need to and make sure we are not over paying or  have any communication errors between departments. My top priority would to ensure patient satisfaction at all times  and in order to do so I would need to ensure that money is not spent on necessary expenses or being wasted  because of errors in the system or by staff. I would also implement surveys to see what changes my staff and patients  would like to see or go away in order to save money and ensure that my hospital is where patients want to go to get  care. “ The management of payroll, human resources and benefit processes is generally fragmented, which leaves many employers operating in a chaotic environment plagued by: Utilizing multiple platforms and databases. Inefficient manual processes. Communication challenges between employers and vendors and employers and employees.
